Program Assessments


ATI TEAS Testing

The ATI TEAS measures essential skills in the academic content areas of English and Language Usage, Reading, Math, and Science. Total testing time is approximately 4 hours with one 10 minute break. Results are available immediately upon test completion.

Test takers must create a student account, register, schedule and pay for the assessment online at www.atitesting.com. All test fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Test takers are encouraged to register well in advance as seating is limited. All test takers must provide a current, government-issued, photo ID at the time of test check-in.

Test preparation materials for the ATI TEAS assessment are available online at the ATI Online Store. To request an official transcript of test scores access your ATI account at www.atitesting.com.

High School Equivalency and Industry Testing

HiSET Testing Site

Most Americans agree that the workplace is changing and that the skills necessary for success in the 21st century work place are different from those needed in the 20th century. CRY-ROP is committed to supporting people in our community to be life-long learners. CRY-ROP is an approved HiSET Testing Center. HiSET offers several different types of tests to prepare students for continuing education. One is the high school equivalency exam.

The state of California offers three approved tests at this time, HiSET is one of them. Test takers may select which of the two tests they would like to take. Test takers meeting passing score requirements will be issued an official high school equivalency certificate by the State of California Department of Education.

The HiSET at CRY-ROP is available in both paper and computer based testing. HiSET testing is available in both English and Spanish.

Pearson VUE Authorized Test Centers are privately owned, third-party testing facilities which provide on-site, on-demand testing for high school equivalency, certification and professional licensure exams. Pearson VUE provides a full suite of services from test development to data management, and delivers exams through the world’s most comprehensive and secure network of test centers in more than 175 countries.

Typing Certification

CRY-ROP offers typing certificates to certify speed and accuracy. Typing tests are five minutes long and certificates are issued based on the best speed after six attempts (errors deduct from overall typing speed). Testers will receive two copies of the typing certificate. Typing tests are $10.00. Testers must present a current government issued photo ID upon taking the test. Tests are scheduled by appointment only. Call the Student Services Office at 909-793-3115 ext. 522 to schedule an appointment.
